	Why do you use "White English"?  Why do my co-workers use Indian
English, Canadian English, Cal/o, and Taiwanese Mandarin?  Why do I use
Midwestern English?  Alemannic?

	Not all Blacks use BEV.  Not even all ghetto Blacks do.  Not all
"Whites" consider it inferior; some speak it themselves, maybe even as
their preferred dialect.
