A cassette might fit your needs better than a book, and such are commonly 
sold to actors.
Look in theatrical supply stores: for example, there is (or used to be) a 
good one in Washington DC on P street W of Dupont circle.
French's, in London, is listed in Evelyn Leeper's list as a mail-order 
source.

PS: Just remember to be totally clear about the social class level you're 
trying to imitate - middle class (e.g. Margaret Thatcher) is NOT the same 
as upper class.
