Wanted: hints on good books covering text indexing algorithms, or more
generally, the algorithms and data structures used in information retrieval
(such as WAIS).  Since this is a comp.theory.* group, it should be implicit
that I am also interested in the theoretical analysis of and comparison among
the different available algorithms and data structures.  [For example, if I
remember well there is a great section on the analysis of Patricia tries in
Knuth's volume III].
