I just happen to be reading a relevant article.  The July/August
_Journal of Object Oriented Programming_ (v. 9 #4) has "Smalltalk
on the World Wide Web", by Wilf LaLonde and John Pugh (pp. 82-85).
They discuss using IBM's Web Parts, a Visual Age add-on product,
to build web pages.  I recommend it for anyone interested in the
details of building HTML stuff in Smalltalk.
