Agree.  This price-tag thing was a real negative for Ada for a long time.
Now that compilers for the object-oriented Ada 95 standard are more 
reasonably priced, we see more people accepting Ada within commericial 
and academic environments as well as the long-standing military software  
organizations.  The bean-counters only see the dollars. It is really 
tough to persuade them of the benefit from spending a little more.
