I am designing a bespoke language for high-level user control of a ParcPlace ST80 application.
I wish to use the compiler classes or my own subclasses of these to compile this language.
Should I compile my language into Smalltalk or virtual machine byte code. Can I rely on the
latter staying consistent with smalltalk upgrades. If anyone has experience of this kind of
thing I would be grateful for any hints or pointers to books/internet info etc..

	Thankyou,
