Actually that is incorrect.  ENVY/Developer is available for VW2.0 but it
does include ENVY/Stats because PPS have their own profiler and does not
include ENVY/Packager because the stripper is available.  ENVY/Developer for
VW only contains ENVY/Manager (the configuration management system) and
ENVY/Swapper (object loader and dumper).
