Sorry, can't help you with this one.

To my knowledge you can re-distribute Win32s even with V/Win32 2.0,
though you couldn't do that at first; and you should also be able to
re-distribute it with 3.0.  But to be sure, we need an official word
from Digitalk.  Tom Murphy? .....
