The delusional person's (taken from the above quote - "To understand a given 
reality you must first understand who (what) is experiencing") experience is 
his/her reality.  To the non-delusional (and this is very subjective when 
looking at history when man is committing crimes against man in the name of 
GOD, HONOR of ones country, etc.) person, his framework suggests that it's not 
reality, but who's the experiensor.  If I'm crazy (many people have suggested 
as such), that is my world and my reality.  So reality is a point of 
reference.
