Immediately after irretrievably sending off my last posting, I realized
that my reference to SHRDLU was both factually wrong and inappropriate to
my argument.   In other words, bordering on the edge of stupidity.  
Please delete the reference.  With that deletion, (at least as I sit here 
now) I will stand by the posting.
