There is a DocuTech based list at Cornell University (though it has been
rather quiet recently).

Try sending a mail note to listserv@cornell.edu with a mail message body
containing one of the following commands:

information docutech-l			- to find out about the list
subscribe docutech-l "your name"	- to subscribe
unsub docutech-l			- to remove yourself
