Hello,
      I am a student of mechanical engineering.The range of robotic holding 
   devices for industrial applications are end product oriented.For multi-
product holding devices a general holding mechanism is required.
      Am working on a genetic algorithm approach,ie. duplication of the 
human hand .I would be glad to interact with people interested/working
in this field.  Thanks.
