I think someone grabbed my controller file off of the cookbook site and only kept the
silkscreen layout. The file 3axis.tar.Z on ftp.ee.ualberta.ca (somewhere under
/pub/cookbook) has the PCB layout, silkscreen, and some supporting text files.

If anyone needs a .zip file or has any questions let me know.
