Another company that produces SMA wires is "Mondo-Tronics" of
(IIRC) San Anselmo, CA. Try sending e-mail to info@mondo.com;
they will send you a FAQ and catalog.

I ordered one of their sample kits a while ago, received it promptly,
but have not had a chance to play with the contents yet.
