The patent agents have confirmed I am free to release ALL information on
the shape changing robot as of 5th March. I have started uploading in
anticipation. Apologies, to all those who had to wait for so long.

The face of robotics, nano technology, manufacturing and eventually
computing is going to be changed forever. Watch this space (or this
thread at least :-)) for lots of announcements in the next few days.

                         ANNOUNCEMENTS
                         -------------
New Animations
--------------
New animation files uploaded to ftp.demon.co.uk in directory
/pub/ibmpc/graphics/pm file name pm2.zip.

One of the animations show how a (self repairing) shape changing robot
might walk on Mars. There is very little chance that such a robot will be
damaged by the kinds of boulders and other obstacles to be found on Mars.

Exhibition
----------
I'll be at the inventors fair at the NEC in Birmingham (9th - 12th March)
stand 215. Come and see me personally if you want for a first hand explantion
of the technology. Lots of hand outs and free floppy disks with animations
and design software is going to be given away.

Speaking of giving away, I have ten pre-paid tickets for the exhibition
which I want to give away. E-mail me with request and postal address
- because I've got only ten, prefer UK address, tickets picked on a lottery
basis.

Eureka Article
--------------
Eureka magazine (Findlay Publications) is to run an article in their
March release. If you see the article - remember where it all began.. :-)
