A few days ago someone was looking for an equation for
converting anemometer pulses/sec to MPH. For four pulses
per revolution the cicuit in my 'electronic cookbook'
gives the equation as MPH = 1.07 * pulses/sec. However,
I think they ignore the response threshold. I don't think
any cup based anemometer can start to rotate at speeds
under 2 MPH.
