Sounds good to me.  The Laboratory for Perceptual Robotics is already doing 
this on the World-Wide Web, but they show videos (MPEG) of several of their 
robotic arms (rolling cans in the fingers, doing obstacle avoidance, and 
so forth).

In fact, a web-based distribution would be easier and cleaner to use than 
an ftp site for photos (although either one would be nice).  If you're 
interested in web possibilities, read comp.infosystems.www for how to set 
up the appropriate web server.
