If you have a problem with setscrews working loose, just use a drop of
Locktite (Red or Blue). 

This keeps them tight and you can still take them out whenever you want.

Use a new drop when you put the screw back in.

Read the labels to see if you like Red or Blue.

This way you don't have to worry about 90 or 180 degree setscrews.
