It's me again...somewhere in the last few weeks of research on building
my robotic telescope, I saw a reference to a chip that implements
microstepping. This has advantages for telescops, especially for doing
photography where you need very smooth tracking. I'm thinking of using
the Cybernetic Micro cy530 to generate the proper pulses, but I need a
microstepper driver to provide the very high resolution I need (1.4
million parts per circle) I'm geared up at 75/1 and using a 1.8deg stepper.

If you know what chip can be used to build a microstepper driver board,
please let me know. I think it's from Maxim , but I don't know where
they are.
