Just as a side note this is a great way to make a two input arbitraition
circuit. CLR# is connected to REQ0, SET# is connected to REQ1.
Q is connected to GRANT1#, Q# is connected to GRANT0#.


Normally both inputs are low holding both outputs high. When either input
goes high it's grant output will go low. The beauty of it is that even if
both of the request inputs go true(high) at the same time only one grant
will be asserted true.
