For monochrome cameras, a simple high-pass (short wavelength passing)
filter will work. These filters are just fancy colored glass. For
color cameras, I'm not sure there is a good filter in the
near-infrared (700-2000nm).  All the filters and dichroic mirrors I've
seen have some color. Ordinary glass is a good filter for the
mid-infrared but that is not the problem since CCD's are not sensitive
at these wavelengths.
