Hi,

I am trying to find the following:

1) Any kind of IC switch which can be turned on by applying
   a pulse to it and can be turned off by applying another pulse (with
   the same pulse width) to it;

2) Any voice recognition chip which can recognize the words related
   to directions, such as 'forward','backward','turn left','turn right',
   etc. I know VCP200 will do the job, but it has been discontinued from
   its manufacturer, so I'm not sure whether there is a replacement or not.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
