I sent Grey $20 for two Miniboard PCBs while in San Francisco last
week.....he has aparantly already shipped them to me Air Mail.

I sincerely think that he's just having a supply problem....The guy's
trying to do a public service here, cut him some slack. If you wanted
parts in a reasonable time-frame, why didn't you call DigiKey
yourself!!!!!!
