I put a quick schematic on cs.indiana.edu:/pub/goo/xmt40Khz+4Khz.ps. It's
from memory, so I'm not sure if I got all of it right. I used 'high output'
LEDs from Radio Shack. You can probably get much better performanc with
a 9V power supply for the transmitter, but I have only tried 5V. The
detector needs 5V and it should be seperate from the transmitter.
