There is not now and never was a "68hc11e2fn".  If you look closely,
the Mini Board parts list calls for the 68hc118e2fn; somehow the
Motorola sales rep must have figured out this is what you really
wanted.

By the way, a key to decoding Motorola part numbers might be of
interest.
