I am not affiliated with this company, but I thought this would be of
general interest :

ZebraKinesis, a spin-off of Zebra Robotics, has developed a new pan/tilt head
which has several improvements over the previous Zebra model. In particular, it
has very low backlash, high-strength gearing, integral limit switches, more
powerful motors, and is available with a 3-axis motor controller/amplifier module.
This new unit is also compatible with the Zebra stereo vergence control head, which
can be driven from the same motor controller/amplifier module. You can contact
Jeff Kerr at 415-328-8884 for more information.

Thanks

hans
