NEW YORK (CNN) -- Autumn Jackson cried uncontrollably in court on
Friday after a federal jury convicted her of trying to extort $40
million from entertainer Bill Cosby, whom the 22-year-old woman claims
     is her father.

Shouldn't this be "who the 22-year-old..."?

("whom" doesn't appear to be the object of "claim", but rather the subject
of "is". I mean she is claiming [that] _he_ is her father, not _him_.)

John Perkins.
