	The grave accent, the acute accent, the diaeresis, the cedille,
and a full-spacing superior dot (which is, AFAIK, unique to Catalan)
are all found in the official Catalan orthography.  I leave it to others
to determine whether or not all the above are in fact "diacriticals".
