Well, Jorma, and anyone else concerned, perhaps because Slovakia is a
country one would *expect* to have an Esperanto association, unlike most
of the other countries among the 15 (as someone pointed out, Reunion is
"not a country" but a part of France... so to speak ... (Why "..."? !!)
And in fact there *is* an Esperanto association affiliated with UEA in
Slovakia: "Junaj Esperantistoj en Slovakio", national affiliate of TEJO,
the youth association of UEA, had 486 members according to the 1995 UEA
yearbook, and was a "sekcio de SEA", SEA presumably being the !! missing
!! Slovak(ian) Esperanto Association. One would expect a country with
almost 500 organized "young Esperantists" to have *some* sort of
organization for their elders to join.

What *I* want to know is why your posts, as opposed to your exclamation
marks, and those of certain other posters (agentive), tend to appear in
duplicate, which always leaves me feeling let down if you're posting in a
thread I'd been avidly following. ??
