	This may sound like an unusual and broad topic, (and it may be 
covered in the FAQ but I haven't seen on in any of the *.answers groups 
that seems to answer this, so I figured that I'd ask this question, or 
series of questions here,
	A person claimed that "all languages originate in Latin."  Which 
he later said examples such as Greek, and limited it to simply 
"European" laugnages, I find this to be a little bit too simple.  I'm 
wondering if there is any theory of a "universal mother tounge" for all 
laungages, or if they were believed to be spontaniously created in 
diffrent areas of the planet.  Also what can be said about the idea of 
all languages originating in Latin?  Thanks for your time, it may be 
better to reply via e-mail...
