Please tell us how "ya'll" is pronounced.  I don't see how it would be 
pronounced differently from "y'all" and therefore regard it as a 
misspelling.  The apostrophe, after all, stands in for the omitted 
letters "ou":  you all --> y(ou) all --> y'all.
