I have found a primitive speech synthesis program that includes a set of
phoneme sound files. The quality is not particularly good at all. I am
not sure if it is the result of the program code or the quality of the
sound files. Is anyone aware of an FTP or other site where I could find
an alternative set of sound files to experiment with?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
