Only some Walloon (French) speakers may not always admit they know 
Flemish (Dutch).
There's also a considerable German speaking area in the East of Belgium,
where it seems the local dialect/language is really Luxemburgs (the national 
language of Luxemburg, called Ltzeburgesch or something similar).
