Could anyone tell me where the word 'okay' comes from ?
The Webster dictionary has the 'oll korrect' explanation an the story about
the reelection committe for pres. van Buren from Old Kinderhook, the O.K. Club.
But I heard it was introduced by greek harbour workers, and that it is an
abreviation of some greek term.
Who can help ? Erik.
