There is a .raw format produced by the Berkeley version of SPICE that can be used
by NUTMEG to plot the simulation results.  Of course ".raw" is a fairly obvious choice
as an extension name so it might be used by someone/something else but I at least
wanted to let you know about the SPICE version in case this is the one you may have
run across.
