	I doubt you'll find these on the Internet, at least not
	lawfully.  Both are commercial products and only come in
	what you call "professional version".

	Also, CxPert is an add-on to the C language to allow you to
	embed rule-based routines in a C program.  Not at all like
	Level 5.
