For the fans of America's most favorite comic strip,
Calvin and Hobbes, this is a good home page.
There are plenty of classic images to look at, as well
as jump points to related sites.
Universal Studios' home page consists of promotional
material for some of its television programs. You can
get a list of schedules and episode names for its
cartoons, as well as pictures of the actual voice
actors.
If you're remotely interested in films, this site is
a must visit. You can search for movies, actors and
actresses names, and even character names. If you're
curious about how many( and which! ) actors have played
Sherlock Holmes, for example, you can find it here.
The official home page for Disney( aka Buena Vista )
Inc. Here, users can read brief descriptions of current
and upcoming movies from Hollywood Pictures, Disney
Pictures, and Touchstone. You can also view stills
and QuickTime movies from a variety of movies from
the same three companies. Be warned, though, that
there are a lot of pictures here, and connections
over regular phone lines will be slow.
