The University of California at San Diego has made its library

Dewey Library is an experiment by the University of Michigan and ICS
in delivering educational material to the students of the world. The

Universities of Virginia and Houston to see how the Net could help
teacher education. A wide variety of disciplines are covered,
including reading and special education.
