Fried Rice

Here's my fried rice recipe...it's really basic

first cook your rice and put it in the fridge...it cooks better that way.
scramble the egg in the wok and put aside
sautee about 1/4 cup onions and slowly add the rice to the onions,
browning it as you go. Add soy sauce to taste.
Add egg, mushrooms, soy-basted chicken, frozen peas..whatever.

My husband swears by this somewhat haphazard recipe. As far as I can
tell everybody has their own slight variation on what they like (more
soy, less soy..etc) and I just felt around a lot of variations until I
came up with a "feel" for it.
