There is a very active email listserv run from Cornell University
(DocuTech-L) that you can join.  I don't have the exact address, but
if you can get here, you can get there, eh?

Also, if your area doesn't have a DocuTech users group, you should
contact a Sales Manager at Xerox and see about starting one.  The
DocuTech Users Group in Chicagoland was very effective for all of the
things you mention.
