Not sure about the paper. Some time ago when I worked on 4850/4890 dev., we 
only tested down to 20#, but that engine has a different paper handling 
subsystem (1090 based) than the DT135. Light paper and high speed is a 
tricky combination for obvious reasons. I don't know if brands other than 
Xerox are tested or not. 
As far as the creasing problem goes there are a few factors in the fuser 
area that could contribute to this: IB/OB pressure/load balance, stalling 
paper pre or post fuser, etc. The tech reps should be able to figure that 
one out.
