the overtemp shutoff needs to be calibrated -
the current settings do not allow operation above 1150 C.
I'm trying to perform a 1200 C anneal.
The overtemp setting is currently 850,
shutoff should be setting + 350 = 1200,

however the alarm is sounding at 1130 C and
the circuit breakers are tripping at 1140 - 1150 C.

I can provide some more details if needed - Bill

problem: OT alarm activating below setpoint(dial + 350)- tube
          cannot reach 1200C.

cause: firing board OT circuit out of adjustment. Voltage
reference at 4.6 volts; should be 5.00.

solution: Voltage reference and OT trim pots adjusted. Using
calibration standard OT alarm trips at 1250C; breaker
           trips at 1300C.

There seems to be a large piece of gasket material sticking
out of the stainless steel flange assemble in front of tube7.
If the integrity of the tube seal has been violated(not likely)
this might lead to attack on metal parts around the tube during a
TCA clean.
