>>> 'tylan15' problem from hyeh -- Thu Sep 21 01:06:30 1989 <<<

One of my wafers broke into many chunks. Some of the chunks might have
fallen into the furnace.

It was a brand new wafer with about 1um of thermal oxide grown from
tylan 1

>>> 'tylan15' problem from hyeh -- Thu Sep 21 01:11:52 1989 <<<

Excuse me, the one that broke was a previously unprocessed brand
new wafer

tylan15 ROP showing bizare digits/garbage.
reset CPU and loaded START15.
I must have glitched it while fixing tylan16 ROP

>>> 'tylan15' problem from tom -- Wed Nov  8 17:01:31 1989 <<<

Problem: Tube was found to be off. ROP panel was dead. Tube cold.

Cause:      Unknown.

Solution: Loaded START15C to warm up tube. Ran B+AGEWET to age source
            wafers: 950 C for 15 hrs.  N2/H2=10 (200 ppm)
            Tube will be up tomorrow morning.

>>> 'tylan15' problem from tom -- Mon Dec 11 16:42:32 1989 <<<

Not firing again but I found out why. The door in front of the SCR modules
does not have a stop on the bottom and the door is easily pushed into the
switch for tylan15's SCR board power. A stop similar to the one on bank3
would eliminate this problem.

PS. I will be changing the source wafers on Tuesday of this week so I will
    leave the power off for now.

>>> 'tylan15' problem from tom -- Thu Dec 14 14:25:50 1989 <<<

Replaced source wafers.
