The solenoid on spinner1 was removed and cleaned. The loss of wafer sensor
was adjusted and is now operating. 
spinner1 is up for use.

The spinner doesn't rotate. The motor shaft doesn't turn even
by hand. The motor appears to be stuck.

problem: no rotation
cause: photoresist build-up around the collar.
solution: removed chuck plate and cleaned around the collar with acetone.
          also flushed vacuum line.  Retightened collar, replaced plate
          and foil.
     
      USERS! Do not allow photoresist to get sucked into the vacuum system.
             If excess photoresist spills around the motor shaft, wipe it
             out when you replace the foil.

operator reported non operation on the canon account.
cause: vacuum detection solenoid is not activation motor microswitch.
I will be cleaning the vacuum lines.
spinner should be up this afternoon

problem: no motor rotation
cause: THE VACUUM SYSTEM WAS PLUGGED WITH PHOTORESIST AGAIN!
solution: Complete disassembly of fittings and solenoid, clean
in ultrasonic, reassembled.  Put on a new vacuum line (the old
one was almost a solid plug.

USERS: Again, be careful not no get excess resist in the area around
the motor shaft.

The spinner is up.

The knob on the spinner cover has worn off. A new one will be ordered.
In the meantime the spinner is useable with only minor inconvenience.

The lid lock has fallen apart. The inner lid won't stay in place.

cause: lid warped
solution: bent the lid so it was flat. aligned the lock and lock pin.
spinner1 lid now locks
