the motorized objective turret does not work; will not change

problem: motor drive for objective turntable not working
cause: someone loosened the turntable assembly lock down knob
solution: returned turntable assembly to set position are retightened 
lockdown knob.  This knob is located on the left side of the throat
just above and to the back of the turntable. This knob should not be
touched by users.  It is a critical setting for parfocal alignment of
the objectives.

Objective changer occasionally slips and does not change objective
(happened three times or so during this session)

Protection from changing between 2x and 150x objective fails most of the
time, only worked once, I tried it about 10 times.  Maybe the tape is
dirty?  I'm not sure.

No other problems.
