Mitchell-data: go into mitchell-datadir and get cacm-data.kb.gz and uncompress
Mason-data: go into mason-datadir and get requests-and-entities.2965258500.gz 
   and uncompress

vvp = varval_pairs (winnow on pairs), wmp = weighted majority on pairs,
and wmt = weighted majority on triples.

Note: varval_pairs, on problem like req-location, takes about 30
seconds on SPARC10 to do all 1680 examples.

Currently: varval_pairs has multiplier = 1.5, penalty = 0.5, for
theoretical reasons.
