Postgame Scoreboard
The Postgame Percentage is the most important stat in softball.
Basically, it is the percentage of players & spectators which celebrate victory
(or lament defeat) at a suitable tavern/watering-hole after each sporting event.
The actual meaning of this statistic is often debated.
Some say it is the true measure of team spirit.
Others believe it is a plebian circus for the unwashed
and still others, perhaps less enlightened, believe it is strongly correlated
to public drunkeness, sloth, gluttony, body odor and the end of western civilization.
