What type descriptions are
A type description is an object that gives information about an object
type. It includes the complete basic type definition, along with additional
information that helps in shipping the object and working with it.
Different type brokers may store different type descriptions for the
same type. All descriptions for a type, though, should include the same
basic type definition (unless the type is experimental).
