Steps for users outside CMU
- Download the tar.gz file for your architecture:

- Extract the files into a directory.
- Some of the files are Perl 5 scripts. By default, they expect Perl 5
to be in "/usr/local/bin/perl5". If you do not have Perl 5 there, either
install it there or change the scripts to point to where it has been
- Set the environment variable LACKWIT_HOME to point the directory.
