Instructions Sent to Authors of Accepted Papers


The working notes will be published as a AAAI Technical Report.  Please 
format the camera-ready version of your paper according to the instructions 
on the AAAI Symposia web site

   http://www.aaai.org/Symposia/symposia.html

under "Formatting Instructions for Authors".  The page limit for the final 
version of your paper was specified in your acceptance letter.

1.  Please send items a-c (as hard copy) to this address before January 17.

a.  Two copies of the camera-ready version of your paper.
b.  A signed "Permission to Distribute Form", available at the AAAI Symposia 
    website.  Authors who do not return the permission to distribute form will 
    not have their papers included in the working notes.
c.  (optional) A/V request form, available at the AAAI Symposia website.
    (Each meeting room will be equipped with an overhead projector. If you
    have additional requests, please return this form with your request.)


2.  In addition, you are invited to submit an electronic abstract of your paper
    for posting on the AAAI website.  If you want your paper to be 
    electronically archived and published by AAAI, you may do so also.
    Please refer to the electronic submission instructions at the AAAI 
    Symposia website.  (However, this is not an alternative to sending a hard
    copy version of your paper to the above address.)

3.  If you would like us to make your paper electronically accessible to the 
    other symposium participants before the symposium, you may send the 
    following information to nancy.green@cs.cmu.edu: title of paper, author
    information, and url for accessing paper.  We will include the url on
    our web site:
